Khabarovsk Energy Treaty (A better world TL)

The 2003 Khabarovsk Energy Treaty was an agreement on the continued sharing of the output of Amur's Zeyskaya Hydroelectric Power Station by Siberian Soviet Socialist Republic (A better world TL), Amur Cossack Host (A better world TL), Sakha (Yakutia) Republic (A better world TL) and Mongolian Republic (A better world TL).
