1989 Bamako Agreement (World political shenanigans)

It was a 1989 agreement between Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Gambia, Senegal, Aswad, Niger, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad, CAR and France on conserving the wildlife and water supply from the River Niger, Senegal River, River Gambia and Lake Chad. It is reconed as of 2018 to be one of the most successful treaties to date.
